Actually, as it turns out, America's friendly neighbor to the north is apparently going to be the winner, no matter how the last few games are sliced. Both teams are comprised of a majority of Canadians.
In fact, Vancouver's team actually has more Americans than Boston's team.
And even at that, out of 31 players for Vancouver, the number of American players, which already outnumbers those on America's Boston team? A whopping six.
So how many (or how few) of the 33 players on Boston's team are actually from the United States?

A Catalan is the thorough-bred Barcelona Football Fan, the club itself goes by the nick-name “Catalan Giants”, giants? When in reality the tallest player there is Gerald Pique, the rest are short-men, in fact the most important players in teams all over the world are usually short, why?

Don’t we all feel bad for professional athletes? Really, isn’t this one occupation that has given us so much and asked for so little? And when they ask for more money for their labours, shouldn’t we indulge them? Don’t they deserve another property in The Bahamas, another mistress, another dog fighting compound?
This is the state of the NFL right now: the Player’s Association has called a lockout, in the face of threats of a pay cut. I mean, the idea of a pay cut to a pro athlete’s salary is despicable. Do you know how much the property tax is on a mansion? And let’s not forget that lots of these players have drug habits to tend to. Shit, they should get a pay increase.
