Promises Broken. Waterpark Trips Cancelled. These things hurt, you know?

There are a lot of truly insensitive bastards out there in the world. 

Some people take important things seriously in life, you know? Some people understand what's important, what matters – what REALLY matters – in life, and they act accordingly. They FEEL accordingly. 

And what do others do? They just say, oh come on, it's no big deal. We'll go some other day.
